Program - Terms and Conditions
By participating in
the BNESIM "Refer a Friend" program, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
Eligibility:
The program is open to all active
BNESIM customers.
Referral Code:
To participate, share your
unique referral code with friends and contacts.
Reward Levels
Rookie Level: When you refer just 1 friend, you'll
earn a 5% revenue share.
Ambassador Level: Upon referring 10 friends, you'll
gain a 7% revenue share.
Influencer Level: Reaching 25 friend referrals grants
you a 10% revenue share.
Partner Level: Referring 50 friends leads to a 12%
revenue share.
Referral Criteria:
Referrals are considered
valid when your referred friend successfully signs up and completes a purchase
using your referral code.
Reward Distribution:
Earned rewards will be
given in BNE Coins.
Rewards will be added
to your BNESIM wallet only once your referred friend makes their first purchase.
You will earn the same
percentage on every future purchase or top-up made by the invited friend.
Friend's Benefit:
Referred friends receive a
10% discount on their first BNESIM product purchase using your referral code.
The code can be used only once by each friend you\ invite.
Redemption:
BNE Coin rewards can be used
towards future BNESIM purchases.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for
cash or transferred to other accounts.
Referral Limits:
There is no maximum limit
to the number of referrals you can make.
BNESIM reserves the right
to change referral limits if deemed necessary.
Misuse:
Any fraudulent, abusive, or
unauthorized use of the referral program is strictly prohibited.
BNESIM reserves the right to revoke
rewards or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of terms.
Program Changes:
BNESIM reserves the right to
modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Data Privacy:
By participating, you consent to
BNESIM using your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
