ICCID stays for Integrated Circuit Card Identifier. A SIM card contains its unique serial number (ICCID). ICCIDs are stored in the SIM cards and are also printed on the SIM card during a personalization process.

Finding your SIM's ICCID is easy. "Tap for more details" in the "Data" area of the Self Care home. The ICCID is the 19 digits code under the label "Serial number".

BNESIM travel SIMs and eSIMs are designed for data connectivity, so they do not include a traditional mobile phone number by default. If you want to use voice services, you may purchase a DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number for your account, which can be viewed in the Numbers section of the VirtualSIM by BNESIM app.

Your BNESIM data plan will remain active until its expiry date, regardless of when you cancel it. You can continue using your data credit until the plan expires. Once the plan expires, any remaining data credit will be lost and cannot be carried over to a new plan.

Once upgraded, you’ll find all your voicemail messages in the Voicemail area of the Self Care. Simply tap for more details in the Voicemail section and then tap the Play button in the Messages area to listen to your messages.

To delete a voicemail message, you can either do it after listening to the voicemail or if you are a BNE Pro user, you can delete a voicemail message directly from the "Voicemail" area on the Self Care home.
